Equinox Miami at the Village of Merrick Park in Coral Gables, Florida lived in horror as a gun shooter broke in to the gym, ultimately killing two employees. Abeku Wilson, was a former trainer at the fitness club and according to the Miami Herald was just fired on that day. Wilson ultimately turned the gun on himself and committed suicide on Saturday, April 8.

After the killer was identified, we were able to locate his Instagram page and noticed a familiar face, Cristián de la Fuente, the Chilean actor that works in telenovelas in México and had a recurring role on "Devious Maids" and "The Class." There are pics of both of them on the social network posing happily. On one of the photos, de la Fuente even calls Wilson his "bro" and "trainer." The "En Tierras Salvajes" star reacted to the news by posting a photo of the Equinox logo and a black heart. Look at more photos of the pair below that date back until 2013!

Equinox sent a statement via email that read: “Our entire Equinox family experienced a terrible tragedy yesterday when a former trainer walked into our club in Coral Gables and shot two members of our team. We are deeply saddened to inform you that our general manager, Janine Ackerman, and our fitness manager, Marios Hortis, both passed away as a result of their injuries. Our sense of loss is too profound for words.”

The statement continued honoring the victims of the shooting: "Janine was 35 years old and had been a member of our Equinox family for nearly two years. She was promoted to General Manager of our club in Coral Gables last August. She was a kind and caring soul, a person we all loved and will deeply miss. Her memory will never be forgotten."

The second victim was rushed to the hospital with severe injuries, but later died. Marios Hortis was 42 years old. "Was with Equinox for more than six years," the eulogy read. "He was mortally wounded when the shooter entered the club and died as a result of his injuries. His generous spirit and warm demeanor made him an always welcome presence in our world, one that will be sorely missed."
