The season three finale of "Once Upon a Time" is over and so much has happened, we are still processing. One of the biggest blows came from Regina's (Lana Parrilla) love life. While back in the past, in order to maintain the future as it is, Emma (Jennifer Morrison) brings home someone who can ruin everything for Regina and her life. Spoiler warning, don't read any further if you have yet to see the "OUAT" season three finale.

This person Emma has brought back to Storybrooke is none other than Robin Hood's wife, Marian, who is suppose to be dead. While Regina and Hood are definitely attracted to one another how can the Evil Queen compete with his long lost wife and mother to their child? It seems impossible but there are a few scenarios in which she and Hood can have their happily ever after.

Marian was slated for death for harboring Snow White under the Evil Queens nose. However, Emma steps in and saves her and brings her to the future where she doesn't see a redeemed Regina but still just an evil wicked queen.

1. Which leads us to the first theory that perhaps Robin confesses his love for Regina which disgust Marian seeing how she is the woman who just scheduled her execution and she leaves him leaving the door open for Robin and Regina to continue their love.

2. There is also the off chance Robin and Marian stay together but her distrust and hatred for Regina makes him see her in a new light and he ultimately chooses Regina over his wife.

3. Although this is absolutely terrible, perhaps it is Marian's fate to die and while it wasn't by the hands of Regina in the past it might come somehow in the future.

4. With Michael Socha (Will Scarlet/The Knaves of Heart) joining "OUAT" as a series regular perhaps he falls for Regina and she falls for him then forgets all about Robin Hood leaving both of them to find true happiness and both get their fairy tale ending!
