Talking with E! Online Jason Biggs opened up about his character, Larry, in season two of “Orange is the New Black.” Biggs reveals that Larry will be very supportive of Piper in the beginning of the season but will ultimately change for the better of himself in the end. It sounds very similar to the first season of “Orange is the New Black” when Larry utilized Piper being in jail to further his career.

"I think season two is going to be just as good if not better than the first ... [Larry] wants to support Piper. In the beginning, ostensibly, he's going to do everything he can to support Piper,” Biggs said. ”Ultimately he realizes that he's kind of a victim in all of it and he needs to take care of himself as well, but to what extreme, and how far should he take that exactly? Ultimately, he ends up taking advantage of Piper and the situation she's in, and becomes a little greedy and a little questionable.”

Season two will also see a change with the lack of a certain character. Laura Prepon who plays Alex Vause, on-again-off-again lover of Piper and fellow inmate, is expected to have a significantly less role. Buzzfeed reports that Prepon will only appear in four episodes for the upcoming season. Four is better than none but we’d prefer if she was around the entire season.

The second season is wrapping up filming this month and should be released sometime in the spring. Jackie Cruz, who plays Marisol "Flaca" Gonzales boasted to Latina’s website about the upcoming episodes of “Orange is the New Black” saying, "It's going to be amazing. Every episode is going to be wow! All I can tell you is that every episode is like Christmas."
