OV7, Kabah
Mexican pop bands OV7 and Kabah are touring together, but it's not all fun and games for the '90s sensations! Sony U.S. Latin / Universal Music

Mexican pop bands OV7 and Kabah were all the rage in the '90s with their hits such as "Te Quiero Tanto, Tanto" (OV7) and "La Calle de la Sirenas" (Kabah). Now, some of the band members ---already in their thirties and forties--- are causing the same commotion as they tour together in 2015. Considered a reunion tour after 10 years, both bands are making the rounds in various cities in Mexico.

Though it's amazing news for a die-hard fan, not everything is fun and games backstage. According to TV y Notas, a tour production team member spilled the beans on all the conflicts that happened behind the scenes.

"They see each other so many hours a day, that it's normal for there to be diferences and misunderstandings," they said. "It's impossible for 11 people with superstar egos to coexist without any feud." One of the reason the pop acts argue is because of the choreohraphy, though both Kabah and OV7 rehearse a lot.

"Since the dance steps for 'Un Pie Tras Otro Pie' are so complicated, they still can't dominate all the moves; Therefore, they continue to look like a mess," they said. Oscar, Lidia and Mariana are the perfectionists of the group and they don't think it's funny, especially since they've been practicing for many months," the source added.
