Well, someone’s been making a lot of headlines lately. After canceling the Australian and Asian leg of her world tour, Selena Gomez just wanted to relax and have some “me” time. Many thought the pop starlet was about to have a meltdown and that’s why she decided to take some time off, but after working non-stop for six years at such a young age, a vacation is more than well deserved. "My fans are so important to me and I would never want to disappoint them,” she said in a statement. “But it has become clear to me and those close to me that after many years of putting my work first, I need to spend some time on myself in order to be the best person I can be. After finally closing that chapter, the former Disney star began taking advantage of her vacation, and that apparently meant hanging out with some old friends. However, in one of those gatherings, a flirty picture surfaced that caused the internet to go wild over a possible new love affair involving Justin Bieber’s ex. It turns out that a few days ago, Romeo Miller, a.k.a. Lil’ Romeo, posted a picture on his Instagram account with friends having a “chill Saturday night.” However, later that night, he uploaded a picture of Selena sitting on a bed wearing the same sweatshirt he had on earlier. He captioned the snapshot with "I live for the nights that I can't remember with the people that I won't forget. #romeeverything." “[Romeo] has been asking her out over and over. She’s always shut him down, but she’s not shutting him down anymore,” an insider told MediaTakeOut.com. The report goes on citing the source as saying that “the two have ‘hung out’ together… they’ve gone on a couple of dates.” However, a source close to Gomez, told Gossip Cop that there’s “no truth” to this “ridiculous story" and that Selena is just spending the holidays at home with her family.
