From colorful vodka concoctions to Madagascar vanilla blends, find below the best recipes to enjoy the last month of summer.

INGREDIENTS:

2 parts Stoli Crushed Grapefruit

1 part Orange Juice

1 part Lemon-Lime Soda

Garnish with Orange Wedge

1 part Lime Juice

¾ part simple syrup

1 part Jim Beam Vanilla

2 parts cola

INGREDIENTS:

1 part Jim Beam Vanilla

2 parts fresh grapefruit juice

1 part club soda

Grapefruit garnish (slice)

INGREDIENTS:

1 part Jim Beam Vanilla

2 parts half & half

1 part fresh lemon sour

1 part egg white

Club soda

Orange peel garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Shake all but the Club Soda vigorously for as long as you can. Strain into a chilled Collins glass and spritz with club soda (the egg whites will grow out of the glass). Garnish with an orange peel.

INGREDIENTS:

1 part Jim Beam Vanilla

1 part Lemon Sour

DIRECTIONS:

Shake both ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled shot glass.

1 part Jim Beam Vanilla

2 lemon wedges

6-8 mint leaves

DIRECTIONS:

Muddle the mint and lemon in a Double Old Fashioned glass. Fill with ice and add Jim Beam Vanilla.

1 oz Empress 1908

1 oz Cointreau

1 oz Lillet Blanc

3/4 oz lemon juice

1 egg white

DIRECTIONS:

Place ingredients in shaker.
Dry shake. Add ice and shake well.
Strain and serve up.

1.5 oz Campari

2 oz Tonic Water

1.5 oz Empress 1908

DIRECTIONS:

Build on ice in a glass in the order above. Garnish with a lime wedge.
