Texas Sex Offender Accused Of Raping Baby Girl And Infecting Her With HIV

This is the most disturbing news you will read all day. David Richard Wilson, a registered sex offender in Texas, is being accused of raping his baby niece and a teen girl and infecting them with HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases. The 33-year-old had been found guilty of of sexual assault of a child in 2005. Wilson served four years in prison and now six years later is facing similar charges. He is now being charged with super aggravated sexual assault of a 23-month-old child, his own niece, daughter of his sister. The toddler's parents are reportedly living out of state and have drug issues and left their daughter behind with relatives in Houston.

Police began investigation on Wilson in November 2013 when the baby was taken to the hospital. Doctors had to perform reconstructive surgery on her genitals as it was clear she was sexually abused. An STD test came out positive for HIV, genital herpes and chlamydia. Four other people from the same home were tested and it was only Wilson that tested positive for HIV. A month ago a 14-year-old spoke to the Children's Assessment Center, where she revealed she had been sexually active with a man for two years. The same girl said that she had sex with Wilson one morning in his truck and that it was her first time having intercourse. The girl is now pregnant with Wilson's child and was also HIV positive and had herpes and chlamydia as well.

It's not certain why Wilson was not arrested last year when his niece went to the doctor and he was the only one to test positive for HIV. The man has now been arrested and is being held without bond at the Harris County Jail. His court appearance is expected to be on Friday, October 31.
