In anticipation of Jeffrey Dean Morgan as the long-awaited "Walking Dead" bad guy Negan, AMC has released an all-new image of the iconic and controversial character.
The sneak peek image shows us the back of Negan's head and you can see he's wearing his red scarf and wielding his trusty barbed wire-wrapped baseball bat he refers to as "Lucille." Check out the image below:
If you are familiar with "The Walking Dead" graphic novels, then you know Negan has very strong language which will make it tough for FX to truly bring the characters likeness to the small screen. Series creator, Robert Kirkman recently opened up about the hurdles he faced bringing Negan to TV saying, "there are certain words that try as I might, we are not allowed to say on AMC." However, for fans that want the full, uncensored Negan, the "extras will be extra-special on Blu-ray," reports IGN.
Morgan will finally make his appearance as Negan in the shows sixth season finale Sunday, April 3, at 9pm ET/PT on AMC. From the episodes synopsis and trailer we can expect a lot of blood and devestation.
The synopsis for the season six finale, "Last Day On Earth," reads: "Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and the group must go outside the walls to save one of their own. What they experience on the road will change their lives forever."
