Tonight is an all-new episode of "Grey's Anatomy" on ABC and we may see some family drama as Derek's sister Amelia drops by unexpectedly. There is lots more drama in the episode but you wouldn't know that watching the promo trailer for episode 21 "Change of Heart."
Instead the promo focuses on Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh) who will be making her exit from the show following the season 10 finale. The emotional trailer shows the ups and downs of Cristina and all her memorable moments from the hit doctor-drama. It will be interesting to see how she leaves the show, especially now that we know she didn't win the Harper Avery award. Check out the touching video after the jump.
The episode synopsis for "Change of Heart" reads: Jackson is given the daunting task of delivering disappointing news to the doctors. Meanwhile, Derek's sister Amelia drops by for a surprise visit, Richard surprises Catherine in Boston and when Bailey gets frustrated by the slow pace of her research, she makes a risky decision on "Grey's Anatomy" airing Thursday April 24 (9/8c p.m.) on ABC.
There are a couple of ways to watch "Grey's Anatomy" tonight. The first is to tune in live on ABC, but if you are away from home you can login to ABC's website and stream the episode live as well. Or you can download the ABC app and watch the episode there as well as catch up on previous episodes of Grey's. Another option is to buy the episode from iTunes or Amazon Instant Video which cost about $2 but won't be available until the day after it airs.
