Friday Nickelodeon will stream a brand new episode of "The Legend of Korra" online. Episode 11 titled "Kuvira's Gambit" will set up the coming battle between Kuvira's army and everyone else. The episodes description reads: Team Avatar and the rest think about the best way on how to stop Kuvira from obliterating all of Republic City.
In the last episode "Operation Beifong" we seen Opal, Toph, Bolin and Lin save the captured Beifong family from Kuvira's evil clutches. We also learned that Zhu Li was working as a double agent hoping to stop Kuvira from the inside, though she was unsuccessful. Lastly it was discovered that the spirits in Republic City can sense the coming danger and are fleeing the city. Though Korra tried to ask for their help they declined. In this episode we may see the Avatar convince the spirited to help in the coming battle and the start of the Republic City invasion by Kuvira's army.
In the sneak peek clip released by Nickelodeon we see Kuvira announcing her upcoming assault on Republic City. The clip shows Kuvira in front of her soldiers giving a speech on how Avatar Aang and Firelord Zuko stole Earth Kingdom land and how she is going to reclaim what is rightfully hers. We also see Kuvira and Batar Jr. sharing an intimate moment. Check out the clip below:
There are a couple of different ways to watch "The Legend of Korra" Book Four, episode 11 "Kuvira's Gambit." You can watch the episode on Nick.com at 12:00 p.m.., ET Dec. 12. You can also catch the episode on the Nick app for Android and iOS. You can purchase the episode from iTunes, Xbox Video, Google Play and Amazon Instant Video for about $2. Hulu Plus subscribers will be able to watch as well but be advised Hulu is a bit behind and the new episode may not be available right away.
