Scandal
Will Mellie (Bellamy Young) and Fitz (Tony Goldwyn) get divorced in the season five premiere of "Scandal." ABC

Tonight is the season five premiere of "Scandal" on ABC and we are dying to know what will happen. The fifth season will begin only a few days after the events in the fourth season finale, "You Can't Take Command." So expect to see some Fitz (Tony Goldwyn) and Olivia (Kerry Washington) loving along with the usual drama only "Scandal" can bring.

"In the fifth-season opener 'Heavy is the Head,' Olivia and Fitz are blissful about their reunion, but Cyrus (Jeff Perry), Mellie (Bellamy Young) and Huck (Guillermo Diaz) must face the repercussions of assisting Command," reads ABC's synopsis via Hypable. "Meanwhile, a visiting queen hires Olivia to guard her family's privacy in the wake of a recent tragedy."

Meanwhile, in a sneak peek clip we see a good old fashioned showdown between Mellie and Elizabeth (Portia de Rossi). The clip begins with Mellie threatening Elizabeth and reminding her of all she help she's given her in the past to which Elizabeth replies that Mellie was never helping her and was only looking out for herself. Check out the verbal showdown below.

"Scandal" season five will premiere Thursday, Sept. 24, at 9 p.m. EDT on ABC and will be available the next day on VOD, abc.go.com, iTunes, Amazon, Google Play and Xbox. ABC does offer a live stream service but you must be a subscriber to the network through your cable provider and you must have your login information. If all else fails you can watch it live here, here and here.
