Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s divorce has sent shock waves throughout Hollywood. The couple that has been fighting tooth and nail over custody of their children seems to be playing fair when it comes to their fortune- thanks to their prenuptial agreement!

According to TMZ, the couple’s iron clad prenuptial agreement details the specifics of who gets what in their combined fortune of $400 million.

The couple has a total of 12 properties, 7 belong to Brad and 2 belong to Angelina and 3 they bought together before jumping the broom in 2014. It is unknown the exact amount Brad and Angelina spent on the 3 properties, but sources say that the prenup splits the estate without any complications.

Thankfully, the properties are not an issue because the real war is about custody of the children. Angelina has already accused Brad of child abuse and with his fight with son Maddox caught on camera things may not be looking good for the actor.

Brad plans on fighting for joint custody of their six kids Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10 and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8. The “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” star reportedly claims that there is no chance that Angelina will get her way.

Angelina has already requested sole custody of the children in her divorce petition last week but things have reportedly been getting ugly according to Us Weekly with the star reportedly blocking her estranged husband’s phone number.

While many people thought that they would never see this day, the power couple Brangelina is no more. Last week Angelina filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences after two years of marriage. Let’s just hope that this custody battle doesn’t get any more ugly than it already is. Divorce sucks!
