It has been 25 years since Brad Pitt and Kirsten Dunst kissed in the drama “Interview with a Vampire,” but she still feels that it was “gross.” The actress reiterated her comment when she was recently shown a clip of that old kiss.

Dunst was just 11-years-old and Pitt was 30 when the kiss happened. The actress was asked about the kiss at the premiere of “Becoming A God In Central Florida” in Los Angeles by ET Online. She was shown an old interview of her saying the kiss was “gross,” and the actress said that stands by that statement even now.

In the old interview, Dunst had explained that Pitt was like an older brother to her on the set. So, in that scene she felt that it was like kissing her brother on the lips.

Pitt was also asked about the kiss and the reaction of the young actress back then. The actor pointed out that it was not an easy scene for him either. He later added that his dad was going to see the movie, which made him feel a little uncomfortable.

This year is the 25th anniversary of “Interview with a Vampire.” Dunst talked about it in a recent interview with “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.”

Dunst told Colbert that Pitt and her other co-star Tom Cruise treated her like a “little sister” on the set back then. She also added that she was a “very innocent” 12-year-old.

The kiss was significant because it was the first for Dunst. The actress previously told Conan O’Brien in an interview that there was no tongue involved in the kiss with Pitt, and she also talked about her first real kiss.

Dunst’s first kiss happened when she was in the 8th grade on a field trip to the Washington monument. The actress was apparently surprised when her friend kissed her in the dark elevator that was taking the class to the top of the monument. O’Brien wondered what the boy would say if she told him her first kiss was with Pitt.
