This week could be the conclusion for the group stages at the Women’s World Cup 2015 in Canada, but many places in the knockout round are still up from grabs, including those from Group E. Brazil have already qualified from this group, but Costa Rica, Spain and Korea are still scraping over a chance to reach the last sixteen, whether this be by finishing second or complete third and hoping for the best, with four best third-placed spots up for grabs.

Some facts that we need to know a victory for Costa Rica will see them through in second, regardless of the other results in the game between Spain Vs. Korea. “Las Ticas” have been excellent so far, earning draws against Spain and South Korea sides that most thought to be superior to them before the tournament. Their midfield trio of Katherine Alvarado, Shirley Cruz and Raquel Rodriguez has been a sensation, proving that they have the ability to play with anyone.

However, Costa Rica will be hoping that Brazil are planning on resting players and rotating the squad, with the game meaning nothing to them as they have already won the group. Formica, Marta, Christiane and other Brazil stars have quite tired on their legs and might welcome a rest. With the first place already locked up, there’s no reason for them to play their biggest stars unless they want to finish with 9 units as Japan. This will be good for las ticas but bad news for groupmates Spain and South Korea.

Otherwise, predictions about this match favored Brazil that will win the match 3-1. Where to watch and Live Stream game for group E, this game is scheduled to start at 7:00 p.m. ET from Moncton Stadium, Moncton, Canada. Live stream: Fox Sports 1, NBC Universo, Fox Sports Go.
