Empire
When and where to watch "Empire" season two, episode two "Without a Country." FOX

Tonight is an all-new episode of "Empire" on FOX and the drama is already in full swing. In the season two premiere, "The Devils Are Here," Lucious (Terrence Howard) proved he was just as powerful behind bars as he is in the real world, while Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) and her team secretly tried to take the family business only have it backfire in their faces.

Now Cookie, Hakeem (Bryshere Y. Gray), Andre (Trai Byers) and Anika (Grace Gealey) must find a way to make it on their own since their plan to take Empire has failed. In a sneak peek clip we see that the bunch are aiming to launch their own small studio but not everyone is on the same page and it's causing tensions to flare. Meanwhile, in another sneak peek clip we get our first look at Ludacris as he plays a prison guard who seems to have taken a particular interest in making Lucious' life even more terrible.

The synopsis for "Without a Country" reads: "Cookie and her cohorts decide to start their own small record label, but their opposing visions make for a bumpy start to the venture. Meanwhile, Hakeem woos a hot Latina singer for the girl group he wants to form; Lucious hires a new lawyer and records an epic track from inside jail; and Jamal (Jussie Smollett) proves to be just as ruthless as his father when making business moves."

"Empire's" second episode "Without a Country" will air Wednesday, Sept. 30 at 9:00 p.m. EDT on Fox and will be available the next day via FOXNOW, Xfinity, iTunes and Hulu.
