Ingredients:

1 part Reyka Vodka

¾ parts Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur

¾ parts cranberry juice

½ part fresh lime juice

Method:

Strain and shake into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange zest.

2 parts Solerno

½ parts sugar syrup

1 dash Angostura bitters

2 dashes orange bitters

Method:

Shake and strain, into a tumbler or stemless wine glass over cubed ice. Garnish with a blood orange.

1.5 parts Solerno

½ parts orange juice

1 ½ bitter lemon

Method:

Build in a stemmed wine glass. Garnish with blood orange & lemon slice.

Serves 15ppl

Ingredients:

15oz Jägermeister

5oz Kirschwasser

2.5oz velvet falernum

5oz Hibiscus tea syrup agave syrup

5oz Fresh Lemon juice

2.5oz Passionfruit juice

2.5oz Fresh Orange juice

7.5oz Fresh pineapple juice

10oz filtered water

10 dash Angostura bitters

20oz Ginger beer

Method:

Combine all ingredients into a gallon container except the ginger beer and refrigerate. When time to serve pour into a punch bowl with big ice cube garnish with orange wheels lemon wheels & hibiscus flowers couple of chips of food grade dry ice.

Ingredients:

2 parts 901 Tequila

1 part Crème de cassis

1 shot espresso

1 part coffee liqueur

½ part simple syrup

Method:

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass. Shake vigorously over ice. Strain over ice into martini glass. Garnish with sliced fig to mimic an “evil heart.”

2 parts Sauza Signature Blue Silver Tequila

1/2 parts peach juice

1/2 parts blackberry puree

1/2 parts lemon juice

1 part simple syrup

Method:

Add ingredients to an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain over ice into a coupe glass. Garnish by skewering a fresh blackberry and a slice of peach with a knot stick.

Ingredients:

1 ½ parts Hornitos Black Barrel Tequila

¾ part fresh lemon juice

¼ part agave syrup

¼ part sage simple syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

1 capsule activated charcoal (for coloring purposes)

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Ingredients:

1 part SVEDKA Cherry

1 part apple juice

¼ part amaretto liqueur

¾ part fresh lemon juice

Dash Angostura bitters

Soda water

Method:

Combine ingredients in a large punch bowl over ice. Garnish with star anise, cranberries and orange wheels. Add a splash of soda water when serving.

1 part SVEDKA Clementine

1 part Sweet Vermouth

1 Part Campari

Method:

Combine all ingredients, stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange peel.

Ingredients:

1 part SVEDKA Vodka

½ part Rum Cream Liqueur

½ part SERPENT'S BITE Whisky

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a shot glass. Top with cinnamon sugar.

Ingredients:

2 oz Kim Crawford Pinot Noir

1 oz aged rum

3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 oz Spiced Honey Syrup, warm (See instructions)

1/2 oz egg white

Freshly grated cinnamon for garnish

SPICED HONEY SYRUP

1 cup water

1 cup honey

4 cinnamon sticks

Peel from half of orange

6 cloves

Notice: The consumption of raw or undercooked eggs may increase your risk of food borne illness.

Method:

Add all ingredients except cinnamon to a cocktail tin and shake until you feel the mixture foaming. Add ice to the tin and shake hard for 10-15 seconds. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve.

SPICED HONEY SYRUP

Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until warm and fragrant. (Avoid overcooking, as the syrup should not reduce and thicken.) Remove from heat; strain and discard solids. The syrup can be refrigerated for up to two weeks. However, it should be gently rewarmed to create the cocktail.

Ingredients :

1 oz Campari

1 oz sweet vermouth

1/2 oz gin

4 oz Ruffino Moscato d'Asti

Long spiral of orange peel, for garnish

Method:

Add the Campari, vermouth, and gin to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until well chilled.
Pour into a champagne flute. Top off with the Moscato d'Asti.
Garnish with the orange peel.
