Vice President JD Vance has once again become the target of internet trolling in response to a viral video that captured an awkward jog through Disneyland.

The 13-second clip shows Vance talking with adults, gazing off in the distance. Whatever captured his attention then prompts him to break into a peculiar motion that falls somewhere in a grey area between walking and running.

The video was posted on X with the caption, "I just saw this video of JD Vance 'running' and now I can't stop laughing."

"He has a little sugar in the tank," quipped one X user. Another piled on: "He's easily within the top 1% of manliness among men with heavy eyeliner. And he runs like it."

"Looks like my 80 year old aunt," another joked, with one asking, "Is he in stilettos?"

Some commenters zeroed in on Vance's distinctive motion. "Let's keep it accurate. JD Vance is gingerly prancing in that video," a comment read, with another echoing the sentiment: "That's not running that's prancing."

Others questioned the physical fitness of the 40-year-old vice president and marine veteran. "So unfit, for a freaking 40 year old millennial," wrote one critic. "THAT guy made it through Marine boot camp?" a user questioned.

"The man looks like he's never had a jog in his life," said another.

"As human beings we have no excuse to run goofy," a user stated. "We are literally built to do this sh-- smh."

While plenty joined in ridiculing Vance, others came to his defense. Parents were quick to point out that the run was a signature "dad run," employed when a father is attempting to play it cool while rushing to intervene in a potentially problematic situation they see their child in. Others condemned the mockery as mean-spirited.

While Vance himself has not responded publicly, the episode exemplifies the intense scrutiny and ridicule the vice president's actions are subject to whether he's at the White House or Disneyland.
