Jennifer Lopez was stoked and looking forward to her performance at the Mawazine Music Festival, a 10-day long popular festival in Morocco. The 45-year-old singer and actress was "excited for everyone to see her whole show" and she couldn't be any happier to "experience a Moroccan audience for the first time in that way."
She might have enjoyed her presentation and the energy of the audience during her showcase Friday night on May 29th, but it seems as if some Moroccan residents were not happy with her performance.
Though Lopez gave a great spectacle, many members of the Islamist Justice and Development Party were disappointed that the singer, as usual, delivered her show in sexy wardrobe and with a lot of sensual dance moves, reports TV y Novelas.
The magazine also states that although they did not talk directly about the Puerto Rican's performance, the Communications Minister Mustafa Al-Khalfi of JDP, tweeted saying that the showcase was "inacceptable" and "against the law." No comments have been made by J.Lo and her reps.
