For quite some time divorce rumors have been circulating of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's demise, but the couple has still kept it together. With the recent Paris robbery and the rapper's hospitalization things have taken a major toll on the marriage. It is now being reported that the 36-year-old reality star wants out!
According to Us Magazine, a close friend to Kim Kardashian has confirmed that the reality star "wants a divorce." While the 36-year-old reality star has said in the past that her and Kanye are forever, after the latest incidents that have occurred and the rapper's erratic behavior, she once to pack her bags.
The site reports that although Kardashian reportedly wants out of the marriage, she is not rushing to file the paperwork as of yet. However, she is being very strategic within planning her exit.
“It will take some time before she can do anything,” claims the friend, alleging that she’s trying to build a case for full custody of kids North, 3, and Saint, 12 months, “but she doesn’t want to stay married.”
While we have previously reported that despite divorce talks, the reality star has been supporting the star, it doesn't really mean much when it comes to their marriage. Making matters worse for the marriage, trhe rapper is currently living apart from his family as he receives outpatient care.
The Kardashian friend says she won’t make any decisions until West is fully recovered. Until then, adds the source, “she’s being a supportive wife.” And the reality star is happy the musician is in a better headspace.
“She cares about Kanye and feels relieved he’s getting the help he needs,” continues the friend, “but she’s felt trapped for a while.”
Claims that she has felt trapped for "awhile" makes sense as it was reported by People that the star is not a big fan of the rapper's outburts and erratic rants.
West has always put the reality star on a pedestal which is majority of the reason why she stays by his side through difficult times. However, a source reveals to the site that although he “has always treated Kim like he’s her queen,” Kim is “really good about sort of bowing down to him and telling him what he wants to hear” — but that doesn’t mean she agrees with his often outlandish behavior.
"She definitely rolls her eyes when he goes into his mode or rants,” says the source. “She’s also very protective of him, but he can be exhausting."
Only time will tell but once Yeezus gets back on his feet, we will all see how exactly the relationship moves forward-ewith the couple growing together or filing for divorce.
