Kourtney Kardashian has shared her morning routine with her fans online. The celebrity has been sharing details about her lifestyle and products she uses in her daily life, and in a recent blog post she talked about the super foods she uses to get a great start for the day.

Kardashian has been promoting her new venture Poosh by talking about her daily life on the company’s website. The reality TV star believes that a positive morning routine is essential for a healthy and happy lifestyle.

The first thing Kardashian does after waking up is spend some time in silent reflection. She has to reach for the alarm like most people, but she has changed the tone to make it play a pleasant song instead of the “traumatizing” default tone. She also avoids reaching for her phone as soon as she wakes up.

At 7 in the morning, Kardashian gets busy with prayer. She does this in the bathroom by kneeling and looking out to the blue sky when she prays.

The first food she has is a collagen drink. She has her Vital Proteins x Poosh Blueberry & Lemon Collagen vibes powder mixed with water. About 20 minutes later she has apple tea that has immunity boosting ingredients like turmeric and ginger.

Kardashian loves to drive her children to school, and they all listen to some positive music on their way. At 9:45 a.m. she starts her work out at the gym, which is something she does six days in a week.

At 11 a.m. she has her morning shake, which helps her muscles to recover. The recipe for this avocado shake includes protein powder, bone broth, frozen stick of E3Live + BrainOn, collagen powder, half a teaspoon of MCT oil, and a teaspoon of Hawaiian spirulina.

Although spirituality is a big part of Kardashian’s life, she doesn’t want to force it on her children, People reported. The Poosh funder said she wants her kids to have an understanding of spirituality.
