At his hidden forest palace, Vladimir Putin and his family are "protected" from Ukrainian long-range strikes by a sizable anti-air gun defense system, Daily Star reported.

This includes a "personal rocket launcher set up for Putin and his relatives", according to Russian media.

Meanwhile, pictures show a Pantsir-S1 air defense system installed near the presidential hideaway at Valdai in the Novgorod region, to the west of the country.

According to the report, three servicemen were constantly on the alert and that, "these air defense systems protect President Vladimir Putin and his family from a possible Ukrainian strike."

The report also stated that "this conclusion can be drawn after the air defense system appeared near the Valdai presidential residence. There are simply no other sites for protection there, except for the residence."

Alina Kabaeva, the 39-year-old sweetheart of the Russian dictator, is rumored to prefer their residence in the forest, which is obscured from view by thick trees. The couple is thought to have a young family that is kept a secret from the rest of Russia.

There are rumors that she and Putin are parents to two to four young children, although their 13-year union has never been publicly acknowledged.

The legal team for imprisoned opposition leader Alexei Navalny asserts that the Valdai castle contains a "personal beauty parlor," and a cosmetologist's office, alongside a dentist.

Putin has other hiding places, and it was reported that a Pantsir-S1 complex was sited six miles from his official residence near Moscow.

Drone footage revealed a stable, golf course, VIP restaurant with a cinema, bowling lanes, a pool room, and even a miniature casino on the lakeside estate.

Following Ukraine's use of long-range, modified drones from the Soviet era to attack the country's center, it was decided by the Russians to place missile defense in strategic places.

The Pantsir missile system is a family of self-propelled, medium-range surface-to-air missile and anti-aircraft artillery systems. Starting with the Pantsir-S1 as the first version, it is produced by the KBP Instrument Design Bureau of Tula, Russia.

The Pantsir-S1 was designed to provide point air defense of military, industrial and administrative installations against aircraft, helicopters, precision munitions, cruise missiles, and UAVs, and to provide additional protection to air defense units against enemy air attacks employing precision munitions, especially at low to extremely low altitudes.
