The stylish and massive space exploration game "No Man's Sky" has finally been given a launch date. Hello Games has announced that the title will arrive for the PS4 and PC June 21 (and June 24 in the UK) at $59.99. Pre-orders are live today and if you're a fan of physical copies PS4 owners can get their hands on a Blu-ray edition.
If you don't know what this title is then here is a simple and brief explanation. "No Man’s Sky" is a game about exploration and survival in an infinite procedurally generated galaxy.
The PC version of No Man's Sky will receive a limited edition box set from iam8bit. In it you'll find a hand-painted cast metal space ship, an enamel pin, a "diorama display backdrop," and a "mystery item" with a $10 value. Plus a PC game code for Steam or GOG. This'll cost you $149.99, which seems high but iam8bit says the individual components are worth $210.
Furthermore, part of the "No Man's Sky" collection is a $35 vinyl soundtrack, which includes original music from the game across two LP discs. There's also a $25 T-shirt, a $25 poster, $20 art card set and three separate prints.
