The death of the legendary Prince took the world by storm. While the cause of his death is still questioned till this day there is no doubt that he left an epic legacy behind. Christina Aguilera, Stevie Wonder and many others are set to pay homage to the late entertainer.

According to FOX News Latino, Christina Aguilera, Stevie Wonder and Chaka Khan are some of the entertainers set to pay tribute to Prince at a Minnesota concert tonight.

This tribute concert is set to take place at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul with a lineup including talent from all spectrums such as Tori Kelly, Anita Baker and Doug E.Fresh. Prince’s ex-wife, Mayte Garcia, has also been added to the lineup. Members of his inner circle, including Morris Day & The Time, Judith Hill and Liv Warfield, will represent Prince.

The Prince tribute concert was originally planned for the Minnesota Vikings new U.S. Bank Stadium in downtown Minneapolis, but was moved to the smaller Xcel Energy Center, home of the NHL’s Minnesota Wild.

The concert was initially announced in late July, but details did not emerge until late last month. The wait caused a bit of outrage with many Prince fans from all over the world had already made travel plans without any guarantee of tickets. Longtime attorney for the late star L. Londell McMillan, organizer of the tribute concert, said it took time to put the details together because so many artists were involved.

McMillan says that the venue change from U.S Bank Stadium to Xcel Energy Center was a “business and creative decision.” The St. Paul arena seats up to 20,000 people whereas the stadium holds up to 55,000 seats and have better acoustics for a better sound.

Tickets went on sale last month and quickly sold out within a few days.
