Snapchat Update 2016: Leaked Photos Suggest Huge Changes Coming To App

This news should be taken with a grain of salt but according to recent reports Snapchat is expecting to update its app with some great new features.

Thanks to leaked screenshots suggest the app will be boosting its already heavily used messaging capabilities with enhanced audio and video chat features and there are new stickers on the way as well, according to Daily Dot. Check out the new stickers as well as the video chat feature in the leaked pictures below:

With all these new features Snapchat could ultimately present itself as a full-spectrum messaging and broadcasting package and compete with the messaging apps scattered all around your smartphone.

With video and audio calling, Snapchat would be competing with popular services such as FaceTime, Facebook Messenger, and Skype all while continuing to devolve from its roots as a simple disappearing messages app.

Thus far none of this has been confirmed and Snapchat has declined to comment on the alleged leaked screenshots.
