WATCH: Bizarre Alien-Like Creature Spotted In India's Hazaribagh In Viral Video

A video of a strange looking humanoid creature has gone viral in India. The said footage was taken by a group of riders on Saturday when they spotted the alien-like figure walking along the Chadwa Dam bridge in Jharkhand's Hazaribagh.

The 30-second video showed several bikers coming to a stop on the bridge after their headlights beamed on an odd gangly creature. The creature was described to be almost transparent but resembled a human figure. It was seen casually treading in the dark at a distance along the side of the road.

In the video footage featured in Asianet Newsable, one of the bikers was able to capture the encounter on video and could be heard calling the strange entity a “chudail”, which translates to a “witch”. Some other bikers driving by the highway stopped from a distance to observe the creature after noticing the commotion on the road.

News of the alien sighting spread in Hazaribagh amassing a crazed social media following of spooked netizens. Some claimed that the strange creature was a ghost, while others were keen on calling it an alien.

Although many skeptics brushed off and scoffed at the incident as just some bored individual looking for a thrill to prank people, there are some who have even gone to the extent of tagging Elon Musk, NASA and ISRO to investigate the sighting and the possible origins of the creature.

As of this time, no clarification has been presented about the strange sighting. Local authorities are yet to issue a statement debunking the video.

With the numerous UFO sightings going on around the world, many have raised security concerns on such supernatural incidents that have been reported over the years. Any mention or talk of aliens and UFOs was a sure admission to the looney class, which has rendered most stories of sightings remaining as fan fiction bonfire tales and conspiracy theories.

However, late last year, former CIA directors John Brennan and R. James Woolsey made guest appearances on podcasts where they both expressed their views on the matters of UFOs and the existence of aliens.

Brennan said in his interview with podcast host Tyler Cowen, a George Mason University professor, that it was “a bit presumptuous and arrogant for us to believe that there’s no other form of life anywhere in the entire universe.”

Woolsey also expressed his thoughts on the same issue while on a podcast interview with paranormal website Black Vault saying that he wasn’t as skeptical as he was a few years ago. “But something is going on that is surprising to a series of intelligent aircraft, experienced pilots.”

What seems to have long been perceived as hoaxes and jokes, Air Force and Navy pilot videos have recently surfaced showing unexplained objects on radar. The US defense department has also recently established the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force (UAPTF), after the said strange flying objects were tracked having unusual speeds and performing aerial maneuvers that defy the logic of even the most advanced military planes and pilots are capable of.
