"The Voice: Blind Auditions, Part 6" airs Tuesday April 9 at 8 p.m. EST on NBC. Wednesday morning it will be up in the network's website, as well as in Hulu.

It's week three, and the judges are ready to take it away with their almost formed teams.

After a little uncertainty on how the newbies will fare with the veterans, the nervousness is gone as Shakira and Usher have invested themselves perfectly in the careful engine that where Adam Levine and Blake Shelton.

Not only that, but they are completely sold by the show.

"Being a coach on 'The Voice' is to make an investment in people," Usher said.

"I wish there had been a show like this one when I started," said Shakira.

Part 6 will be the last blind audition, and the judges will have their teams (hopefully) complete. Monday night it was a battle as the coaches were trying to lure contestants into their teams ... even the ones whose style might not be quite their own.

Jeff Lewis started off the night singing a, surprise surprise, Usher song! The contestant rocked "You Got It Bad," and even though Shakira and Shelton turned their chairs, it was Usher who got Lewis in the end. So did doctor Ryan Innes, who performed John Mayer's "Gravity."

Michael Austin performed Keith Urban's "Somebody Like You," and besides the country flair it was Levine who got him for his team.

But the highlight of the night was Sasha Allen, who after doing back-ups for John Legend, Alicia Keys and former coach Christina Aguilera, managed to get the attention of all four judges with her rendition of the Dixie Chicks "Not Ready To Make Nice," although it was ultimately Levine who got her.

Want to see the final teams get in shape? Tune in tonight at 8 p.m. for episode 6 of "The Voice."
