Certified personal trainer and lifestyle specialist based in Miami, Marcos Rodriguez wants to help you recover your figure after a summer full of beach parties, cookouts and pool parties. He knows that having the support of a partner is very important when it comes to finding the motivation.

Launching a brand with the consumer in mind, Rodriguez created "Fit 2 Be Great," a multi-purpose platform that will provide transformational nutrition tips, result-driven workouts, as well as alternatives to traditional Latin recipes.

According to Marcos, the fun exercises he's sharing "will help you burn calories after family barbecues and the cocktails you had during the summer." He wants you to get ready for a better fall starting by spraying Degree Dry Spray with technology that responds and activates with body movement to ensure protection from odor and moisture.

After that, Rodriguez suggests to continue completing repetitions of each exercise. "After completing all the exercises, rest for 30-45 seconds and repeat each one five times. If you and your partner are looking for a bigger challenge, I recommend completing 10 rounds for a more intense workout," he added.
