It seems as if Beau "Casper" Smart's mean-danching-machine ways are paying off as he has landed another acting gig, in which he will most probably be doing what he loves most, dancing. After co-starring in the 2016 film "The Perfect Match," it has been revealed that Casper's next acting gig will be in the small screen.

According to Deadline, the 28-year-old professional dancer has been cast as Billy Kotsecki in ABC's three-hour remake "Dirty Dancing." His character, which was originally portrayed by Neal Jones in the 1987 classic film, is best friend of Johnny (leading role played by Cole Prattes) and is someone who enjoys dancing with his co-workers during work after hours.

This isn't the first time that Jennifer Lopez's novio and choreographer lands a dance-related gig. In fact, Smart is known for flaunting his skills in the "Step Up 3D" movie and "Glee" TV show. Most recently, he was cast in J.Lo's "Shades Of Blue" as one of the bad guys next to Lopez’s co-star Ray Laiotta.
