"GTA 5" for PS4 and Xbox One will finally arrive on Nov. 18. With less than three weeks until the highly anticipated release date, the latest issue of Official Playstation Magazine has revealed some very interesting details of the game. Most importantly, the magazine confirmed that "GTA 5" will run at 1080p resolution.

"Glimmering 1080p presentation, hugely increased draw distance, 100 new songs, fresh wild-life, a bumper version of GTA Online, this is sandbox you've dreamt about ever since you slotted Sony's angular baby under your TV," reads the feature.

"Farewell 720p," the article wrote. "You served your purpose adequately enough. Still, our eyes have been gagging [sic] over 1080p's pin-sharp pleasure and the Los Santos sandbox is only too happy to oblige on PS4, running at a native 1920 x 1080 pixels."

Even though 1080p resolution is confirmed for PS4, we cannot confirm whether "GTA 5" will run 1080p on Xbox One. Based on current offerings, PS4 is offering significantly more 1080p / 60fps games than the latest Xbox console. That said, we are confident that Rockstar Games will never deliver a half-hearted "GTA 5" to a next-gen console.

Beyond "GTA 5" for PS4 and Xbox One, we know that Rockstar Games is prepping for one of the biggest DLC's for any game we've ever seen. To our knowledge, speculators insist that the "GTA 5" Heists update will coincide with the PS4 and Xbox One release. However, Rockstar is slated to release just one more DLC ahead of Heists.

"GTA 5" 1.18 update will reportedly arrive at the end of October. Traditionally, Rockstar drops their "GTA 5" updates on Tuesdays, which will make Oct. 28 the likeliest day for the upcoming 1.18 update. According to "GTA 5" tipsters, the upcoming 1.18 update is expected to be a special Halloween DLC pack. Halloween is on Friday, Oct. 31. While details on the rumored Halloween DLC is not confirmed, we are hoping to see a possible "zombie apocalypse" pack reminiscent of the Undead DLC for "Red Dead Redemption."

Stay tuned in the days ahead as we learn more about the upcoming "GTA 5" 1.18 Update. In the meantime, watch the video below to learn more about the upcoming features for "GTA 5" for PS4 and Xbox One.
