"Jane The Virgin" just added one more talent to its list of fiery guest-stars! Mexican actress, Ana de la Reguera, will be joining Gina Rodriguez, Jaime Camil, and the rest of the cast, as "Paola," "Rogelio de la Vega’s" new assistant. According to The Wrap, De la Reguera’s character is described as having an interesting past that she keeps a tight lid on - at first - and is set to appear in 3 episodes of the popular series.

Fellow Mexican and on-screen boss, Camil, welcomed Ana to the show on her first day of shooting, "Welcome to #JaneTheVirgin dear #AnaDeLaReguera," he wrote on social media. A few months ago, the 42-year-old actor confessed he would love to invite many of his Latino co-stars to the show, including his “brother” and friend, Alejandro Fernández, but admitted he had yet to receive an answer from the production team regarding the subject.

The Veracruz native’s most recent TV gig was in the highly anticipated Netflix series "Narcos." The show tells the story of two DEA agents who travel to Colombia trying to bring down the infamous cartel leader Pablo Escobar. Last year, the 38-year-old actress landed a small role in NBC’s hit show “The Blacklist,” where she played "Vanessa Cruz," a provocative female Blacklister tracked by the task force who reveals that she is a frame-up artist who is targeting the wealthy elite.
