Jenni Rivera died on December 9, 2012 as she was traveling to México City appear on "La Voz México." Since then fans have been mourning the loss of "La Diva de la Banda" as she was well liked. This morning Twitter users had a match-up among fans over the spelling of Rivera's name. Some spelled it Jenny and some spelled it Jenni. People questioned by "Jenny Rivera" was trending if it was spelled with an "i" not a "y." To clear things up, it's actually spelled with an "i" as the late singer had it spelled like that on her Twitter account. Let's also recount that her mun2 reality show "I Love Jenni" was with an "i" as well. Take a look at some of the tweets from the social network that turned into them rescuing tweets from that day that Jenni's plane was lost.

Meanwhile her daughter Chiquis Rivera continues to pursue her dreams of a singing career and following her mother's footsteps, the late Jenni Rivera. In her latest effort to ventures into new territory singing in English. This week a new track dropped online titled "I'm Not That Girl." It's a completely different shift from what she has previously released and we can say it's really not that bad. "I've had enough of your lying, I've had enough of your shouting," Chiquis sings. Chiquis Janney claimed that she felt the presence of her mother during her presentation on the Univision award show. Rivera performed "Esa No Soy Yo" and says that minutes befor taking the stage "La Diva de la Banda" gave her advice. "I asked my mom to give me strength," she said in a recent interview. "I heard her, I don't care what people say; if they say I'm crazy, that it's a lie. I heard her, I sighed and at that moment I like only heard my representative, my mother telling me, 'do it like this, move like this.' I don't know how to explain it because when I saw it on video I said, 'wow.'" She also added, "I feel her presence through the music and that gives me strength. I know I'm not crazy. I know that she is with me and communicates with me through music."
