Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth's relationship may be going through some rocky patches as the Australian actor is "furious" after the "Wrecking Ball" singer began texting her ex-boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger. Last week, a report claimed that Hemsworth was putting his marriage plans on hold as he thought the two were rushing too much.

A source has now told Life & Style magazine that Hemsworth “flipped out” after he found some texts from Schwarzenegger on Cyrus' phone.

“Miley keeps saying it was one-sided and she doesn’t care about Patrick at all anymore, but Liam is worried Miley isn’t being upfront,” the source reportedly said, adding that Schwarzenegger “would love to have Miley back in his life,” and Hemsworth is “worried Miley could leave him for Patrick.”

The source went on to say that despite Hemsworth being angry about the text messages, "Miley loves the attention."

While Life & Style magazine hinted at some trouble between the two, Gossip Cop rebuffed the rumors.

Cyrus reportedly decided to split from Schwarzenegger after he was photographed with a girl during his spring break trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in March 2015. The same day, he was also photographed with his former girlfriend, Taylor Burns, giving rise to speculation that he may have been cheating on Cyrus. However, the 22-year-old model denied the cheating rumors.

Cyrus and Hemsworth became engaged in 2012 but called it off in 2013. Rumors about their reconciliation made the rounds after the two were spotted celebrating Christmas 2015 together, following which Cyrus was seen flashing the diamond ring Hemsworth had gifted her back in 2012.

Since then, the two have been spotted together on several occasions and recently, they also confirmed their relationship. Some reports also claimed that Cyrus was pregnant with Hemsworth's child.
