During the winter solstice or at the end of the year, it is very important to write those resolutions that will lead you to a better future and will make you embrace the upcoming year with optimism. At this time, many people around the world write down their own personal and professional determinations to push themselves to improve their lives.

Grab pen and paper and write down these ideas that will help you fulfill your wishes for the next 12 months.

1. Start A New Project And Work Hard For It

Challenge yourself to set a new solid project you can work hard on. The beginning of a new year brings a lot of motivation and when you have a target it’s absolutely much better.

2. This is The Year To Exercise More

This is everybody’s goal on January, but why don’t you really encourage yourself to get in a better shape starting right now.  Set a schedule to check all the days you workout in a week. Life is now.

3. Help Someone Out There!

One of the best goals for 2017 must be to start doing some philanthropic work.  All those clothes you are not using, all the money you spend unconsciously, or even the water you waste could go to anybody who needs it.  Life is hard for some other people, so why don’t you start giving back?

4. Take Care Of Your Health

Health is everything and taking care of it must be your priority. Do you check your health once in a while? Are you eating what's good for your body? Are you really protecting your soul? This is the time.

5. Find True Love Or Do Better Things For Your Relationship

If you don’t have your Mr. or Mrs. Right, this is a perfect year to be really optimistic about finding your soul mate. Prepare yourself to start visiting different places, meeting new people or taking new classes… You never know where your ‘one and only’ could be waiting for you. If you already have that person, then spice your relationship up. Make this year count!

6.  Get Out Of  Your Comfort Zone

Something that will always work when you feel rusty, it’s to get out of your comfort one. Going to the edge is the most satisfying thing you could do. It’ll make you feel alive. Try to take risks a little bit more and you’ll find multiple surprises you never thought could happen to you.

7. Spend More Time With Your Family

If 2016 wasn’t your most familiar year, try to spend more time with them in 2017. A whole year of activities, games, trips and meetings is waiting for you.

8. Be More Attentive To Friends

If you usually receive a message or a call of a friend saying you don’t spend with them anymore, then try to find some time out of your busy schedule and do it. You never know how much that person needs you, or how much you could also need them in your life.

9. Eat Healthier

No more fast food. No more junk meals every weekend. Try to eat as healthy as you can. Experience a new life and a new body. Why not?

10. Grab A Book, Start Reading More!

Even if you think it’s boring, get some time out of your Netflix schedule and dedicate an hour to reading. Sometimes, there are better things you could “see” in a book. Believe me!

11. Go Travel Abroad!

Someone said: “The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only one page.” So, save some money and explore your planet, it was made to be seen.

12. Start Saving Some Money

This is the year of savings. Challenge yourself to save a dollar every day, by the end of the year, you’ll see it was worth it.
