Premios Univision Deportes 2015: Mexican National Team, Pelé, Ronda Rousey And More Athletes Sweep Awards

While everyone is talking about the big flop that happened at the 2015 Miss Universe competition, where host Steve Harvey accidentally crowned Miss Colombia instead of this year's winner Miss Philippines, we are talking about the successful Premios Univision Deportes!

The 2nd annual Premios Univision Deportes took place Sunday night in Miami, Fla., celebrating and honoring the most successful athletes of the year. Hosted by Julian Gil and Jacqueline Bracamontes, the star-studded sports awards show included big wins, memorable acceptance speeches and awesome performances. Calibre 50, Luis Coronel, Cristian Daniel, Farruko, Espinoza Paz and Daddy Yankee were some of the artists who wowed the audience with their latest hits. Meanwhile, Reykon and Bebe Rexha gave a special performance, singing Univision Deportes’ official 2015 Gold Cup song, “All the Way," as well as Víctor Manuelle and Diego Torres, who performed “Hoy es Domingo.”

Some of the athletes who swept awards at the 2015 Premios Univision Deportes are: Ronda Rousey, Julio Cesar Chavez, the Mexican National Team, Pelé, the Unites States Women's National Soccer Team and Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez, who won the Boxer of the Year title, defeating nominees Miguel Cotto, Canelo Alvarez and Jose Carlos Ramirez.
