Selena Gomez, James Corden Carpool Karaoke: Singer To Be Comedian's Next Guest!

British comedian and TV host James Corden has won the hearts to TV viewers with his "Carpool Karaoke." The hilarious segment, which is part of his late night show "The Late Late Show with James Corden," shows the host ride-a-long and sing-a-long with top-notch celebrities.

For his next guest, Corden’s announcement came through his first-ever Instagram post. The comedian joined the social media platform and immediately posted a photo of him and Selena Gomez in his car! “Getting a lift to work with this little chaffinch today! This is my 1st Instagram post!!!!” reads Corden’s caption.

While a date for the skit to air has not been set, the exciting news comes after Jennifer Lopez ultra fun and hilarious car ride, where Corden took it back to JLo's 2001 hit "Love Don't Cost a Thing" and 2002 jam "Jenny from the Block." But the true highlight of the entire clip was when Corden snooped through JLo's phone wanting to know who was the most famous person in her contacts. When the comedian found Oscar-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio, he immediately decided to prank text him. "Hey baby, I'm kind of feeling like I need to cut loose, any suggestions? Let me know, JLo... you know, from the block," read the text. Moments after, Leo responded with: "You mean tonight, boo boo? Club-wise?"

Gomez will also be joining the likes of A-listers Adele, Mariah Carey, Stevie Wonder, One Direction and her ex, Justin Bieber, who have already enjoyed the ride with Corden, bringing in millions of viewers to the comedian’s show’s YouTube page.

The 23-year-old songstress has also been promoting her upcoming “Revival” tour, which kicks off in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay hotel on May 6. The shows will apparently have lots of new music and dance routines, as she’s been promoting on her social media channels.
