Topy Mamery Funeral: Photos Leak Of Him And Shalimar Rivera Having Sex As Widow, Yolandita Monge, Accuses Press Of Killing Husband

Topy Mamery is being mourned by his family and friends after the television presenter passed away following a heart attack earlier this week. His widow, Yolandita Monge, has lashed out at the press for killing her husband. "I want you guys to take the message that part of the press from this country killed him," Monge said during the wake. "They know who they are and I want to congratulate theme because they got what they wanted. They killed him and have killed me because I will not sing anymore. The circus has ended. I am taking my kids from here [Puerto Rico]. I am leaving. I am dead."

She also added, "A bad person doesn't turn from one day to the next and we are people that have served this country, that have loved this country, since I was a child we have not done anything else. One day I woke up with the thought that what I wanted to do was to sing and the rest came and ended me, my kids and with my family. I will not forgive that, neither will my children. Not Puerto Rico, not the people that loved him [Topy], not those that leave messages of love for him, that gave it all. But this has ended. Now they will have to take pictures and clean themselves with their infamy and garbage to sell their magazines."

The previous was in reference to TVyNovelas Puerto Rico that published a set of photos of the late Mamery with the tv host Shalimar Rivera. In the pictures Rivera is seen performing a sexual act on Topy. The publication was already at press at the time of his death. Rivera who hosts the show "Día a Día" has been confirmed to have quit the program following Mamery's death. Earlier this year Topy faced a scandal when photos leaked on TVyNovelas Puerto Rico magazine of him and model Shalimar Rivera. He later addressed the controversy on his show "Lo Sé Todo."

"When one has as much time in this business, you learn how to fight battles and I've fought many," he said. "When you respond to these things, you go on a hallway with no end because then comes another one and another one and another one." In the pictures published by the tabloid magazine, Mamery and Rivera were seen kissing, proving he was having an extra-marital affair. Just last month, more pictures surfaced that they were both in fact in a relationship. They all denied the affair, even Monge who told Primera Hora that her marriage with Topy was stable.
