"The Voice" battle rounds keep heating up and while we are half way through these battles, the competition is more intense than ever. Last night 12 more contestants competed to keep their spots on the teams or at least hope to get stolen by another coach if they were on the losing side of the battle. It was also Adam’s 35th birthday!

So here is a recap of what happened on night 2 of the battle rounds. First up for team Shakira, she paired Clarissa Serna with Jeremy Briggs and they sang “Cold as Ice.” After saying “I can do a lot more moving ford with this artist,” she chose Clarissa. For the second battle of the night, Adam paired Delvin Choice with Caleb Elder. They sang “The Man.” Adam chose Delvin. There were three battles that were not aired but here are the results for those. For Team Blake, he paired Megan Ruger with Ria Eaton and they sang “My Happy Ending.” Blake chose Megan. For team Shakira, she paired Ddendyl with Lindsay Pagano and Ddendyl won that battle. For tean Usher, he paired Morgan Wallen with Brothers Walker and then chose Morgan. For the last battle of the night, Usher paired Brittnee Camelle with Melissa Jimenez and chose Melissa. Adam used his last steal to save Brittnee. Watch "The Voice" Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on NBC.
