Feeling tired and bloated after all the carbs, salts, sugar and alcohol you consumed during the holidays, we know at this point many determined people are looking to reboot their body with extreme diets, however; this method is not always the best and sometimes is not always efficient. So why don't you start introducing a soft and easy detox routine into your new lifestyle. Here are 5 ways to help you start your new year’s healthy resolution before 2016.

1. Water

If there is one thing that can easily and naturally help you to detox your body, it’s definitely increasing your water intake. Many doctors have credited that proper water consumption can contribute to healthier skin, properly functioning organs, and a more effective metabolism, respiratory, circulatory, and digestive system. But how much should you drink every day? IOM recommends a total daily water intake: 3.7 liters (15 cups) for the average adult male and 2.7 liters (11 cups) for the average adult female

2. Epsom Salt

An Epsom salt bath is one of the easiest healing therapies we can do to help our body’s natural detoxification system. Because of its high magnesium and sulfate contents, which are easily absorbed through our skin, the salt stimulates our lymph system and encourages increased oxygen and blood flow to our body, this strengthens our immune system and prevents disease. You can do it for 2 to 3 times a week.

3. Lemon, ginger and sea salt.

4. Green Tea

Try to replace your morning coffee with green tea which is high in polyphenols and antioxidants and in the most natural form the drink fight diseases while also helping your liver and digestive system, and just like coffee it offers a slight caffeine boost that can help to get you started full of energy for your day.

5. Superfoods

Don't forget to add superfoods in your daily diet, try delicious and nutritious group of foods that are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids such as salmon, tuna, avocado, walnuts, almonds, olive oil, flax Seeds. You can also turn to fruits and some other goodies like blueberries, garlic, chia seeds, cacao powder, apples and more that include detoxifying properties.
