Despite reports of a reconciliation, Ariana Grande is not getting back together with her ex-boyfriend Big Sean. Reports of a possible reconciliation started to emerge in February, when the pop singer was spotted hanging out with the 31-year-old rapper in Los Angeles.

Grande has been hanging out often with Big Sean since she ended her relationship with “Saturday Night Live” star Pete Davidson in October 2018. Back in February, fans spotted the female singer chilling inside Big Sean’s car in Los Angeles after recording in a studio together. Both of them had just broken up with their exes at that time.

While the sighting was quick to spark romance rumors between the exes, a source has revealed that both Grande and Big Sean have no plans of being romantically involved with each other again. The two dated for eight months from October 2014 to April 2015. But despite their breakup, the two have kept in touch. “Ariana and Big Sean have remained in contact, but neither of them is looking for anything serious or romantic,” the source told US Weekly.

Big Sean ended his three-year relationship with singer Jhene Aiko late last year. But despite him and Grande being currently single, a reconciliation is not in the cards.

In her November hit single “Thank U, Next,” Grande sings, “Thought I’d end up with Sean but he wasn’t a match,” suggesting that the singer does not plan on getting back together with the rapper. Grande was also reportedly humiliated by Big Sean’s track “Stay Down,” which features a line that describes the rapper’s ex as “a million-dollar chick with a billion-dollar p***y.” He released the track after his breakup with Grande.

Grande and Big Sean broke things off over their conflicting tour schedules. Last month, an insider revealed that Grande contacted her exes before her “Sweetener” tour to determine where they had gone astray. “She has reached out to her exes to have a positive place in her life right now and for peace of mind, so she can focus on herself and this tour, which is the only thing on her mind right now,” the source said.

Meanwhile, Big Sean is not Grande’s only ex who she has been seeing lately. Back in March, she also hung out with Graham Phillips, whom she dated from 2008 to 2011. She has also hung out several times with ex-boyfriend Ricky Alvarez since the start of this year.
