Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are back in the limelight with news of a big break in their relationship exciting everyone. Shelton and Stefani have been dating for almost four years, with numerous sweet anecdotes showing up on the media about the couple gracing their fans’ screens. Recently, the couple has taken a huge step for their relationship, bringing up the possibility of marriage being just over the horizon.

The couple has reportedly bought a house together in the Los Angeles area, and this has sparked rumors of an oncoming engagement as the couple has been getting sweeter with each passing month. The move, however, is more of practicality than anything else as they have been constantly shifting between Shelton’s ranch in Oklahoma and each of their houses in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, Stefani’s current 15,000-square-foot home — which she purchased with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale in 2006 — is currently in escrow and is listed for almost $25 million. The estate was previously home to award-winning singer Jennifer Lopez and reportedly sports a swimming pool, a tennis court, a fitness center and a guest house.

As to Shelton and Stefani, the couple is “better than ever,” according to sources, further noting that working together on “The Voice” — where both serve as coaches — is “truly an ideal situation for them.” “While filming The Voice, they've had the best time,” the source continued. “They’re playful, flirty, and laugh nonstop.”

Their recent high-profile move has brought abuzz rumors of marriage, which a source reveals may actually not be happening anytime soon. “Blake and Gwen are head over heels in love, but don't want to feel rushed to tie the knot when everything is going so well in both of their lives,” said the source. “Everyone is asking what they are waiting for, but they really just don’t want to rock the boat.”

The source adds that the couple is simply enjoying each other’s company and the change that each individual has made in their lives. Shelton, in particular, has made it a point to bond with Stefani’s children, further showing how close they are as a family.

“They are both working so much and are loving their life as a family,” added the source. “Blake has made Gwen's boys a huge priority in his life and cares for them like their [sic] his own.”
