Brad Pitt has been going through the most with his custody battle against estranged wife Angelina Jolie. After claims of child abuse, the "Allied" actor has been in the middle of a child abuse investigation from the LA County Department of Child And Family Services along with the FBI. However, it is now being reported that the actor will be facing no charges!

According to E! News, the FBI is no longer investigating Pitt for child abuse after an alleged incident took place on private plane with his son Maddox. The FBI has concluded that there are no means for any prosecution.

"In response to allegations made following a flight within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States which landed in Los Angeles carrying Mr. Brad Pitt and his children, the FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation. No charges have been filed in this matter."

Although earlier this month, the actor who was also cleared from the LA County DCFS learned the good news, there was no guarantee that the FBI investigation would have the same fate.

The site reports that back in October, the FBI visited Angelina Jolie's home in Malibu and conducted interviews with all potential witnesses, including some of the former couple's children—Maddox Jolie-Pitt, 15, Pax Jolie-Pitt, 12, Zahara Jolie-Pitt, 11, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, 10, and twins Knox Jolie-Pitt and Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, 8.

It was also reported that other peole such as the flight crew and other witnesses during the alleged incident were also questioned.

The child abuse allegations were a huge part of Jolie wanting to be granted full custody of their six children, but now that Pitt has been cleared, it may be an uphill battle from here. Pitt has only visited the children twice and with the child abuse investigation out of the way, there is nothing stopping him from trying his hand at landing full custody.
