After rumors, leaks and many speculations, Activision has officially announced "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare." Furthermore, the company has revealed the title's release date, saying the game will launch this year on Nov. 4.

Even more, a trailer has been released as part of the announcement, which shows off a lot of action both on the ground and in space.

"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" will take on uncharted territory in the "Call of Duty" franchise as the first title to be set far in the future and in space. The single-player campaign will put players as Captain Reyes, a Tier 1 Special Operations pilot who helms one of Earth's last remaining warships. Air and space combat will be "a key aspect of the campaign." The game's campaign will feature new weapons and abilities and take players on a journey from boots-on-ground combat to piloting high-speed space-fighters.
