Taylor Swift’s extreme fame attracts millions of fans, more projects, a lot of controversies and of course even conspiracy theories. These ridiculous rumors involving Swift include her high-profile relationship with Tom Hiddleston, her sexuality, her feud with Kanye West and more.

HiddleSwift Was A Publicity Stunt

Shortly after Swift and Calvin Harris broke up, she dated Tom Hiddleston, which surprised everyone. The relationship puzzled many, including conspiracy theorists, which led to the ridiculous rumors on HiddleSwift.

Allegedly, the PR team of Swift set up Hiddleston and Swift to cover up the “Delicate” singer’s breakup with Harris. Another theory says that the pairing was just Swift’s marketing campaign for the release of a music video.

One rumor is founded on the fact that Swift and Hiddleston were followed everywhere by the same paparazzi agency. This explains why Swift and Hiddleston's photos looked like they were taken straight from a movie scene like the “The Notebook.”

Swift Transports Herself In Massive Suitcases

Former One Direction alum Zayn Malik had a slip of tongue when he indirectly confirmed rumors about Swift’s unglamorous traveling style. “She was travelling around in a suitcase,” Malik disclosed to British Vogue in an interview.

The theory suggests that because of Swift’s desperation to avoid the paparazzi, she fits herself in a massive black suitcase when traveling. The singer dresses in unrecognizable outfits whenever she steps out of her Tribeca apartment.

Swift Is Gay

The infamous video of supermodel Karlie Kloss and Swift kissing in an event gave the LGBT community enough reason to believe in #Gaylor. On top of that, her new “Me!” music video, where he collaborated with Brandon Urie, incorporates unicorn and rainbow butterflies.

Swift Is An illuminati

The loudest dark rumor surrounding Swift is her association with the cult group illuminati. The release of her album “Reputation” cultivated much hype from conspiracy theorists because of alleged Illuminati representations.

One of these is the prevalent presence of a snake, which they say is a sign that Swift worships the reptile god. The “Look What You Made Me Do” official lyric video also showed several Illuminati symbols like guns, lizards and freaky messages carved into trees, claimed theorists.

Swift, meanwhile, admitted to believing in the number 13 as her lucky number. She was born on the 13th and writes 13 on her hand during live performances.

The Kanye West–Taylor Swift VMA Incident Was A Setup

Theorists claimed that the West–Swift incident in the 2009 MTV Video Music Award (VMA) was an elaborate setup to put Swift in the spotlight. West’s reference to Swift in his song “Famous” — where he included in the lyrics the line “I made that bit*h famous” — pertained to that VMA incident.

Another twist to the theory is that West was the one who introduced Swift to the Illuminati. As part of the initiation process to new members, Swift had to be embarrassed publicly, hence the VMA incident.

Swift Is A Clone Of A Satanist

The undeniable similarities between Swift and Zeena Schreck LaVey, daughter of Church of Satan founder Anton LaVey, drew insane rumors about Swift being her clone. The comparison is astounding to the point that it’s freaky. From the hair color and the hair parting to the eyebrow archs and even the signature red lipstick, everything is eerily similar.
