Don Francisco is in the middle of a new scandal. Turns out Patricio Flores Mundaca, 46, a man from Chile, is claiming – yet again—that the TV show host is his father. It all began when Flores Mundaca’s mother told him Mario Luis Kreutzberger, also known as Don Francisco, was his father. In 2010, he filed a paternity lawsuit against the entertainer, but the DNA results in 2011 proved that Don Francisco wasn’t his biological father.
However, that hasn’t stopped Flores Mundaca. The man revealed to Chilean newspapers that on March 24, he filed a complaint in the local courts against those who "are found responsible" for the crime of "obstruction of investigation" in the paternity case being conducted. Flores Mundaca wants Don Francisco to take a DNA test for the fourth time because the previous ones (one taken place at the Legal Medical Service of Chile and two private entities) might have been altered.
The complaint adds that when Don Francisco took the blood sample for the Legal Medical Service, he had just arrived from Miami, where he lives, and he could’ve gotten a transfusion to alter the results. “A lot of people told me that there was nothing else to do. I went to a lot of lawyers, but I don’t believe in the results. I don’t want to cause any harm to him (Don Francisco), but what keeps me firm is to know that I’m not lying,” said Flores Mundaca.
“I demand that he takes another DNA test,” he continued. “And that he doesn’t do it the minute he gets out of the plane. Maybe we should do one to my siblings, his children. The resemblance is impressive. I want to know the truth and talk to him.” Regarding his theories of the tampered DNA test, he claims, “I talked to a lab in the USA, and they said ‘they switched the test or it can be adulterated if someone has a blood transfusion.’” Now, Flores Mundaca wants Don Francisco to be at least seven days in Chile before a new DNA test.
