The head of Israel’s space security program has claimed that aliens have been exclusively communicating with the U.S. and Israel for many years in what he called a “Galactic Federation.” Haim Eshed, who served the program for nearly three decades, also claimed that aliens have been mingling with humans for a very long time.

“There’s an agreement between the U.S. government and the aliens,” he said. “They signed a contract with us to do experiments here. They, too, are researching and trying to understand the whole fabric of the universe, and they want us as helpers,” said Eshed.

Eshed said aliens reside in an underground base on Mars and have been meeting some of the Earth’s astronauts there. The former space security chief also claimed that earthlings and aliens signed cooperation agreements at the “underground base in the depths of Mars,” witnessed by American astronauts and alien representatives.

Eshed claimed that while the Galactic Federation is not keen for the rest of humankind to know the truth, Donald Trump knew everything about the aliens and once planned to let the world know about their existence. He said Trump was on the verge of disclosing the existence of aliens when the Galactic Federation asked him to hold off, saying humanity still needed to “evolve and reach a stage where we will… understand what space and spaceships are.”

“The Unidentified Flying Objects have asked not to publish that they are here, humanity is not ready yet,” said Haim Eshed.

Meanwhile, a spokesperson for NASA said one of the agency’s key goals was the search for extraterrestrial life in the universe but said NASA had yet to find signs of it. “Although we have yet to find signs of extraterrestrial life, NASA is exploring the solar system and beyond to help us answer fundamental questions, including whether we are alone in the universe,” said the spokesperson.

While the idea of a Galactic Federation seems a bit far-fetched, Eshed is not the first government official to talk about its existence. Canada’s former Defense Minister Paul Hellyer also made the same claims when she said that multiple species of aliens had visited the Earth to work with the American government.
