Eva Amurri and Kyle Martino just ended their eight-year marriage on Nov. 15 and the couple announced it via social media. But the odd thing is - just hours after they let everyone know about their split, the now ex-couple spent the night together with their kids.

According to People, Amurri and Martino recorded their trip to Disney on Ice Show that was held in Brooklyn, New York on Instagram Stories and the family obviously had a good time. The actress is currently pregnant with their third child and she will be giving birth next spring. The ex-couple are parents to 5-year-old Marlowe Mae and Major James, 3.

To further prove that there are no hard feelings when they decided to separate, their divorce announcement written by Amurri reads: “Our family is starting down a new path. After a lot of thoughtful consideration, and work on our relationship, we have made the difficult decision to lovingly part ways as a couple.”

She added that as parents, they will remain committed to raising their three kids and they are excited to do this hand in hand. Amurri also assured that she and Martino will raise their kids as close friends and partners, and stressing that they have a deep respect for each other.

On the other hand, days after they publicized their split, Kyle Martino revealed that he officially moved out of their home on Tuesday, Nov. 19. On his social media account, he uploaded a sweet photo of his family and wrote: “Move out day. Couldn’t have asked for a better send-off crew. I love you guys so much and will always be your dad in our beautiful family.”

As to the cause of their split, Eva Amurri and Kyle Martino said that they just suddenly realized that they will find happiness by taking a different path and asked their family and friends to support their decision. It was revealed that realizations about their marriage hit them when they revealed the gender of their third baby in September.

Amurri said that her views of gender roles when it comes to parenting is very different from Martino. Her ex-husband barely helped her with the kids even if she was also working full time. From there, they knew they will never be happy with this difference so they think it would be better and healthier for their children too if they will go on their separate ways.
