Ginger Snap Penicillin

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Buchanan’s DeLuxe 12-Year-Old
  • 3⁄4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 oz. Honey syrup
  • 3/8 oz. Sweetened Ginger Juice
  • Garnish: Candied Ginger
  • Glassware: Rocks
  • Ice: Cubed (pref. Large rock)

Preparation

Combine Buchanan’s DeLuxe 12-Year-Old, lemon juice, and syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube. Garnish with candied ginger.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz Hot Coffee
  • 1 cup Hot Milk
  • Whipped Cream
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Shortbread Cookies

Preparation

Combine Baileys Original Irish Cream, hot coffee, and hot milk in a glass. Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce drizzle, and shortbread cookie crumbles.

Espresso Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Tequila Don Julio 70
  • 3 dashes Espresso Bean-Infused Angostura Bitters*
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters
  • 1/4 tsp Agave Syrup
  • Orange Peel for garnish
  • Dark Chocolate-covered Espresso Beans for garnish
  • Glassware: Rocks
  • Garnish: Orange peel, Dark Chocolate-covered Espresso Beans

Preparation

Combine Tequila Don Julio 70, espresso bean-infused angostura bitters, orange bitters, and agave syrup into a mixing glass with ice. Stir well. Pour contents into a rocks glass over a fresh large ice cube. Squeeze orange peel (outside facing away from you) in the direction of the glass.

Ingredients

  • 1.25oz Tanqueray No. TEN
  • Tonic Water (top)
  • Glassware: Copa Glass
  • Garnish: Blood Orange Wheel
  • Floral Garnish: Blood Orange
  • French Thyme
  • Orange Dahlia

Preparation

Add ice to glass with Tanqueray No. TEN. Top with tonic. Place a blood orange wheel on the rim of the glass. Fix floral garnish to the rim of glass using a cocktail pick.

Scotch & Pear Cider

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Johnnie Walker A Song of Fire
  • 0.5 oz Johnnie Walker A Song of Ice
  • 0.5 oz Caramel
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • Top with Pear Cider
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Glassware: Double Rocks
  • Garnish: 2 Pear Slices & Cinnamon Powder Rim

Method

Prepare a double rocks glass by rimming it with cinnamon powder. In a small mixing tin add a pinch of salt, caramel, lemon juice, Johnnie Walker A Song of Ice, and Johnnie Walker A Song of Fire in that order. Add ice to the top. Cover with large shaker tin and shake vigorously for 7-10 seconds (Tins will become ice cold in your hands). Strain over fresh ice in a double rocks glass. Top with Pear Cider. Garnish with 2 Pear Slices. Enjoy!
