It's the latest rage in science fiction, mystery, and fantasy online series and films. These are done because these three stories are the most well-known among the audience or watchers, and they should be kept on display alone. "Hellbound," on the other hand, is a miniseries. It was initially only available in South Korea and had to have been created by Netflix's original network team.

This series' storyline revolves around extraterrestrial beings who transport individuals to hell. This episode also looks at divine justice from the standpoint of religious institutions. Gizmo Story said that the first season of Hellbound was told through some people's eyes. Some of whom did not live to see the series' conclusion. Yoo Ah-in, Kim Hyun Joo, Park Jeong min, Won Jin-ah, and Yang Ik-June are the main characters in this drama, and each episode lasts 40 to 60 minutes.

In terms of who might return for a sequel, Kim Hyun-joo is a strong contender to reprise her part as lawyer-turned-badass Min Hye-jin, who proved to be a true force of nature in the last chapter.

Radio Times also might see more of Yang Ik-june as police detective Jin Kyung-hoon, who appeared in the first three episodes but vanished halfway through, leaving his fate undetermined.

Kim Shin-Park rok's Jeong-ja, who made a surprise reappearance at the end of the finale after being brutally slain and exiled to hell live on camera for all to see, is a safe bet to return.

However, there's still no word on whether "Hellbound" will get a second season on Netflix. So don't hold your breath for a trailer or any other video for a long time.

Netflix has yet to declare whether or not Hellbound will be renewed for a second season, but there's reason to believe it will. Given the changing production delays caused by COVID-19, this period may be a little longer, but it still gives fans a good idea of how long it takes to create a series of horror mysteries. A Hellbound season is expected to take a year and a half to complete. Season 2 will most likely be released in late 2022 or early 2023 if it is released at all.

When asked about the release confirmation, creator Yeon Sang-ho refused to reveal anything regarding another series.

"The process of working with Netflix was very enjoyable on my end,” he told Variety.

“As you know, we have only just released Hellbound season 1 and so we didn’t have any time to discuss that issue with Netflix. So I would say this is something we need further discussion on,” the film creator added.

"Hellbound" has acquired a worldwide following, with the drama topping ratings in 80 countries within 24 hours of its premiere, dethroning Squid Game as the most-watched show on the site

Fans shouldn't be surprised to see "Hellbound" return, though, given that Netflix is paying careful attention to its burgeoning South Korean output and that the show closes on a jaw-dropping cliffhanger.
