A voicemail that was reportedly recovered from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop on Monday reportedly shows that U.S. President Joe Biden actually knew about his son’s business deal transactions and may have ended up benefitting from them as well.

The voicemail that President Biden reportedly left on Hunter’s phone in December 2018 shows him talking about an article that was to be posted at the time about Hunter’s business dealings, and claiming that he was “clear” and that the article may have been vetted by Biden, according to the New York Post.

“I thought the article released online, it’s going to be printed tomorrow in the Times, was good,” Biden said. “I think you’re clear. And anyway if you get a chance give me a call, I love you.”

Biden has continually denied being knowledgeable about his son’s business deals and transactions, but the article the voicemail was referring to was about Hunter’s transactions with Ye Jianming, who was arrested just two years later for economic-related crimes.

“Joe Biden said he ‘never spoke’ with Hunter about his business dealings. That is simply not true. We need to know what Joe Biden knew and when he knew it,” Rep. Elise Stefanik said. “This voicemail is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the evidence mounting against the Biden Crime Family. When Republicans take back Congress, we will use our Congressional power of oversight to uncover the truth for every American as a matter of national security.”

Meanwhile, other records from a laptop showed that President Biden had sent his son $100,000 between December 2018 and January 2019 and that some of that money was used to pay for Russian escorts from the “modeling” agency UberGFE, another New York Post article reported.

Over $30,000 was paid by Hunter Biden to these escorts in that span of time, including a $10,000 dispute between him and an escort that made his father President Biden send $5,000 via CashApp, with a note from Biden’s assistant Richard Ruffner saying that the “weekly limit is $7,500.”

“We can all sympathize with Biden’s love for his troubled son while recognizing that he was shoveling prodigious sums of money to Hunter Biden when the neon lights were flashing that Hunter was compromised and using the money to become ever more compromised — and with Russia, of all places,” former federal prosecutor Andy McCarthy said.
