A 23-year-old stuntman died after getting stabbed while working on a music video in London, said eyewitnesses.

According to Daily Star, some “jealous haters” were involved in the crime.

BBC reported that though a music video was being shot near the attack site close to Brixton Tube station. Two Lamborghinis were also spotted at the crime scene, but it is unclear if they were connected to the incident that took place on Wednesday night.

The victim has been identified as Shane Jerome, who hailed from Thornton Heath, Croydon.

According to eyewitnesses, there was a confrontation between two groups. Narrating the incident, one eyewitness said that there was a convoy of cars and quad bikes that suddenly turned on one another. Then one man was left being stabbed and others engaged in a fist fight. They later fled. The witness shared that the front of the convoy was a black Range Rover, and was driven by a person who wore a balaclava. There were also two quad bikes as well as a red Ferrari and lime green Lamborghini.

According to the eyewitness, the man who was stabbed was lying on road. An ambulance arrived soon, and the man was given CPR but he looked lifeless. There was another man who was wearing a balaclava and ski goggles. He ran to the victim screaming.

Another eyewitness saw men chasing each other. The witness saw some people throwing stuff at a white girl and a black boy on a quad bike.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said that an investigation is on. The spokesman said that even though paramedics and London's Air Ambulance tried to give first-aid to the man, he was declared dead at the scene at 8.45 pm. His family has been informed about the incident. A post-mortem will be done soon, said police.

A 19-year-old man was held on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm. The teenager was later released.

Detective Chief Inspector Kate Blackburn said that the incident took place in a busy area of London and during the time of the attack, there were many people in the street, on buses and in cars. She informed that the police have spoken to a number witnesses, and asked people in the area who have footage on their phone related to the attack, to help them trace the culprits.
